Help Us Create an Exceptional 2028 Texas Division Reunion

From June 2–4, 2028, members, guests, and heritage supporters from across Texas will gather in Round Rock for three days of historic tours, business meetings, ceremonies, fellowship, and celebration. Our goal is to create an exceptional Reunion experience that reflects the professionalism of the Texas Division while honoring our Confederate ancestors and showcasing the history and hospitality of Williamson County.

The 2028 Reunion Partnership Program has been designed differently from traditional event programs. Rather than offering a series of generic contribution levels, each Partnership is connected to a specific Reunion experience, service, or attendee amenity.

That means our Partners do more than place a logo at an event. They become part of the Reunion experience.

Partnership opportunities are organized into six categories. Each offers a different way to participate in the 2028 Texas Division Reunion while receiving meaningful recognition, visibility, and opportunities to engage with attendees.

Signature Experience Partnerships — Become the exclusive Partner associated with one of the Reunion’s most memorable events, including the Texas State Capitol & Confederate Monuments Tour, Georgetown Heritage Tour, Commander’s Reception, Opening Ceremony, or Banquet & Ball.

Hospitality Partnerships — Help create the hospitality and fellowship that make a Reunion memorable through opportunities including the Awards Luncheon, beverages, and the Cigar & Bourbon Experience.

Registration Partnerships — Be part of every attendee’s Reunion experience through Registration, Reunion Bags, and Reunion Badges. These highly visible opportunities begin when attendees arrive and continue throughout the weekend.

Heritage Preservation Partnerships — Reserved for qualified museums, historical associations, lineage societies, genealogical organizations, preservation groups, and other nonprofits that share a commitment to history, genealogy, education, and preservation. Only six Heritage Preservation Partnerships are available.

Every Partnership has been designed to create value on both sides. Partners may receive a customized combination of digital marketing, printed recognition, on-site visibility, attendee engagement, formal recognition, and Reunion hospitality benefits depending upon the opportunity selected.
